This letter is to reiterate our telephone conversation on __________ as well as thank you for your generous donation to QMUG/LA, an official Macintosh User Group, for our *4th* anniversary celebration on Monday, June 8, 1998.

QMUG/LA has met every month since its inception in June 1994 in order to present helpful and informative discussions primarily for the community of lesbian, gay and bisexual Mac users in the Los Angeles area. This year we are celebrating QMUG/LA’s *4th* anniversary through the promotion of version 4, 4th edition, Macintosh products.

During our phone conversation on __________ you said that your company would be able to donate __________. As I explained to you, for your donation, we will prominently feature your product, and/or company logo, on our *4th* Anniversary web page as well as in various print advertisements. In addition, at our June 8th celebration we will explain the benefits and encourage our members to purchase your product. Through your generous donation and our enthusiastic promotion we hope to mutually celebrate each other.

Besides your generous donation of ___________ I also asked you for a company-logoed letter expressing your congratulations as well as the importance of user groups to your company for us to read - and post- at our *4th* Anniversary party on Monday June 8,1998.
