Jan ’97 Buy a Quadra 630 w/ 33 MHz 68040 processor, 4MB RAM, 250MB HD,
        System 7.5, refurbished, ~$330, and Apple TV/Video/FM Radio card 

Jun ’99 Buy a PowerBook G3 w/ 333 MHz G3 processor, 64MB RAM, 4GB HD,
        Mac OS 8.6, new, ~$2400, and Softwindows 98

Jun ’94 Begin QMUG/LA, only the second officially Apple registered and recognized
        lesbian, gay and bisexual specific Macintosh user group in the world,
        after GMUG in San Francisco
 

Jan ’95 Attend my 1st Macworld Expo/SF and Apple User Group breakfast 
Jan ’95 Make my 1st pilgrimage to Apple headquarters in Cupertino 

Jan ’96 Sponsor a female QMUG/LA member’s trip to Macworld Expo/SF,
        by paying for her round-trip plane ticket and exhibits registration 
Jun ’96 Join Guy Kawasaki’s EvangeList 
Oct ’96 Become Mac beta-tester for Pacific Bell’s Internet service 

Jun ’97 Launch www.qmug.org, based on the Mac Finder/desktop user interface 
Oct ’97 Attend MacWest Expo ’97 at the L.A. Convention Center 

Jan ’98 Staff my 1st Apple User Group Booth at Macworld Expo/SF 

Jan ’99 Sponsor a male QMUG/LA member’s trip to Macworld Expo/SF,

Oct ’94 Work six months as a Macintosh Specialist at OfficeMax in Palm Springs
        Live in P.S., but commute to L.A. for QMUG/LA general and QORE meetings 

Aug ’95 Work a year and a half as an Account Manager at MacMall in Torrance
        Expand greatly the breadth of my knowledge of 3rd-party peripherals and software 

Jul ’97 Work six months as a Business Solutions rep at Apple’s Presales Center in Burbank
