(4) You may want to bring pamphlets, newsletters, business cards or any other kind of printed collateral from your group to give to Garr.  If you have enough, bring 40-45 for the rest of us. 

 
(5) You may want to practice your group’s Introduction: 

        1a)  Your name and title, and
        1b)  everyone else’s name and title from your group who is present 

        2a)  What month and year your group began, and
        2b)  how much your group charges for membership 

        3a)  How many members your group has, and
        3b)  how many attend each meeting, and finally 

        4a)  Your group’s greatest success so far (that you’re most proud of) and
        4b)  biggest challenge right now. 

We’re allotting 40 minutes for Introductions, and w/ over 20 groups RSVP’d, that’s less than 2 minutes per group, but I have faith that we can all keep our Introductions tight and focused.
